Located on the lake's western shore, the Inn offers visitors 25 comfortable rooms, including 8 suites. The superb 180-seat dining room is located on the ground floor and offers stunning views over the lake and Margaret Island. In addition, a separate pavillon offers a further unique dining experience for up to 50 guests. The cozy atmosphere is enhanced by a pair of fireplaces, which further liven up this enchanted setting in cooler seasons. Guests will revel in the warmth of this traditional Quebec country inn, with it's large bay windows in the main salon, a superb cocktail bar and quiet gazebo attached to the restaurant. Nearby, a large Aquatic and Convention Centre is comprised of three banquet or conference halls capable of receiving up to 250 guests. A fitness centre that offers massage therapy services is also on the premises. At the heart of this massive complex is a semi-Olympic size pool where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim. For some total relaxation of the senses, visitors can also enjoy a hydrotherapy session in the sauna, whirlpool, steam bath or our Finnish bath.
Our very comfortable cottages are situated almost entirely on the lakeside. The majority of the cottages have a dock from which boats can be launched.
A series of major renovations were undertaken from 1998 to 2001. During this time, a selection of condo-style apartments was built, adding to our capacity and diversifying the style of our lodging.
In 2001, Lac-à-l'Eau-Claire invested in the development of an Activities Centre where customer services such as the convenience store, sports equipment rentals, fishing gear, a fish-cleaning room and the snowmobile and ATV rental centre. Nearby is a skating rink, and skating ring for both ice and online skaters. It's just an ideal place for those who love to fish, the athletically-minded, outdoor enthusiasts, and all nature lovers...
